Rugare is a Senior Partner of Danziger & Partners since 2001.
He joined Danziger & Partners Legal Practitioners Gweru as an Assistant in 1985 and was admitted as a Partner in July 1989 and transferred to Kwekwe to open and run the firm’s branch. Subsequently, he returned to Danziger & Partners Gweru in 1999 and moved to Harare in 2011.
Rugare is a member of the RCZ Health Services & Community Development Board. He was Chairman of ZIFA Midlands Disciplinary Committee for 10 years and a member of Chinhoyi University of Technology Council for 3 years.
He is a member of the Board of Foundation Mutual Society and is a past member of the Board of Directors of Kubatana/Ukubambana Investments (Pvt) Ltd for 2 years and was member of the Board of Directors of the National Oil Infrastructure Company of Zimbabwe (NOIC) and member of its Finance Committee from August 2012 to February 2014.
Rugare holds a BL Honours Degree from the University of Zimbabwe and LLB from the same institution.
