Michelle joined First Mutual Life in October 2021. She is responsible for providing overall strategic and operational leadership of all financial functions for the Life Assurance and Funeral Services Business.
Prior to her appointment, she worked at Ernst & Young having joined in 2009 and served her articles of clerkship. She rose through the ranks and at the time of exit was a Senior Manager in the audit department.
Michelle is a Chartered Accountant and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Zimbabwe (ICAZ). She also holds a Masters in Strategic Leadership with the University of Zimbabwe.
