Bruce Campbell is a qualified and seasoned insurer who is an Associate and Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute of London.
He holds a Master of Business Leadership from UNISA and has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Natal University.
He was Chief Executive Officer of Mutual and Federal Insurance Company in South Africa for ten years between 1998 and 2007 and oversaw the successful acquisition and integration of the Protea Insurance Company and Commercial Union.
He has also been chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Alexander Forbes Group between 2007 and 2010.He has served on the Board of Credit Guarantee as chairman, on the RMI insurance company Zimbabwe as chairman and also as a Director of Mutual Federal in Namibia and the South African Insurance Association Board.
He is currently an independent Director of Santam South Africa and sits on several other non- insurance Boards.
