She started her career as a broker before moving to TristarInsurance where she rose through the ranks to become an Underwriting Supervisor a position that she held until her appointment as Head Strategic Business Unit 2
Luwiza holds an Associateship with IISA and is currently studying towards a master’s degree in Strategic Management
