FIRST MUTUAL DONATES TO CHOLERA OUTBREAK

Following the cholera outbreak in Harare which has been declared state of emergency by the government and to date has claimed the lives of 30 people and now spreading to other cities, The FMHL group subsidiaries have responded to the call and will complement the government’s efforts and other corporate organisations and making a contribution of $70 000.00

First Mutual is playing its role as a responsible corporate citizen and contributing to a national cause. This is in line with the group’s CSR initiatives to contribute to the community in which the business operates of which some of the clients are from the affected communities.

First Mutual Holdings Limited additionally, through its robust corporate social responsibility programme, continues to impact positively on the future of young Zimbabweans with educational assistance. This is done through the First Mutual Foundation whose objective is to promote and raise the standard of living of the less privileged by availing them the opportunity to attain education.
