Prior to joining the group, Dulcie was employed with CBZ Holdings Ltd as an in-house legal Adviser a position she held from February 2015 to December 2018.
She has professional experience in commercial law, labour law and company law attained when she worked for Gula-Ndebele and Partners Legal Practitioners from 2007 to 2015.
Dulcie holds a Master of Business Administration Degree and a Bachelor of Law Honours Degree from University of Zimbabwe (UZ).
