Stancy is a lawyer by profession and is currently a Group Legal Advisor for First Mutual Holdings since June 2020. She is a governance, legal and compliance professional with a demonstrated history of working in the financial services sector. Stancy is a current MBA student with the University of Suffolk, a Certified Compliance Professional (IABFMA – Hong Kong) and holds an International Diploma in Governance, Risk and Compliance from the International Compliance Association /Alliance Manchester Business School. She sits on the Board of AFC Land and Development Bank and is also a member of the Compliance Society of Zimbabwe where she serves as the Vice Chairperson.
