Cynthia is a Chartered Accountant. She attended the Gordon Institute Of Business Science ‘s global leadership program . Cynthia holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (Honours) degree from the University of Zimbabwe. She is also a holder of a Bachelor of Accounting Science degree (B Compt. Honours), Certificate in the Theory of Accountancy (CTA), and Post Graduate Diploma in Auditing from the University of South Africa. In the past Cynthia held senior positions in organisations that include Delta Corporation, Mega Pak Zimbabwe, OK Zimbabwe and KPMG.
Cynthia is a non-executive director of Rainbow Tourism Group, Bindura Nickel Corporation, Dulys Holding (Pvt) Ltd and past Chairperson of Culture Fund Trust and director of Africa Century (Pvt) Ltd.
