Faith is the Managing Director and co-founder of @Connect Global Solutions, a Zimbabwean based business process outsourcing company.
Prior to that was the Regional Marketing Executive for fastjet PLC, a low-cost airline, where she had oversight of the East and Southern African region. Previously, she was the Country Manager for British Airways in Zimbabwe and Uganda, respectively over a fifteen year period, and has been involved in many community outreach programmes both locally and internationally.
Faith holds a BBA degree from Institute of Marketing Management (SA), a MSc in Marketing from Herriot Watt University (UK) and a MBA from Nottingham Trent University (UK).
She is a member of other various boards for both profit and non-profit organisations.
