Rugare Mandima is an astute legal practitioner with several years of experience, having started practicing in 1985 at Danziger and P artners, Legal Practitioners Gweru as a Professional Assistant and rose through the ranks to become a senior partner, a position he held since 2001
He was appointed a member of the Board of Directors for National Oil Infrastructure Company of Zimbabwe and Finance Committee member from August 2012 to February 2014. Prior to that he was a Director of Kubatana/Ukubambana Investments (PVT) for 2 years before it was placed under re-construction. Rugare was Chairman for ZIFA Midlands disciplinary committee for 10 years and a member of the Chinhoyi University of Technology Council for 3 years.
Currently he is serving as a member of the Board and HR Committee of Foundation Mutual Society. He also sits on the Boards of Blessward Mining Company (Pvt) Ltd, Chimanimani Leisure Company (Private) Limited, First Mutual Health Company and is a member of the RCZ Health services and Community Development Human Resources and Investment Committees.
Rugare holds a BL Honours Degree and LLB Degree from the University of Zimbabwe.
